I requested a cot, it wasn't setup on arrival and no linen provided for it. I tried to set up the cot for 10 minutes but when I tried to pull up the 4th side the 3rd side would fall and vice versa. Then after requesting them to set it up and provide linen, they did not bother to put the linen on the cot. Why is my child a second class citizen. Imagine turning up to a hotel to build your bed and make it.

A wonderful stay im a unique hotel with a lot of character to it. Our well appointed room was very comfortable; even though the rooms were converted jail cells (literally), we did not feel like we were hemmed in. The service staff was fantastic -- warm and personable. Loved the layout of the hotel. We had dinner here one night and that too was excellent. The self guided tour of the converted Bodmin jail was outstanding. I would highly recommend it to all hotel guests. The equipment in the gym was top notch. This was our BEST stay during our recent Cornwall trip.

The only option for breakfast was the full nine yards - continental cum hot, cooked breakfast. Not everyone wants a huge breakfast. It would be nice if the hotel could offer a continental option too.
