The location by the beach.

I hate to give a bad review. The apartment had a smell that hit you in the face when entering. It did not get better with time. The air conditioner showed 80 degrees. Even after a few hours. There was no way we could stay even 1 night. There were a few areas in the bathroom and kitchen that were sticky.

The price was right for our budget. But you could tell things needed updated. Locks to doors were sketchy- locked but not great. Would stay there again.

No se ni por donde comenzar, desde el check in me di cuenta que no estaria tan bien como pense el lugar. La chicade seguridad que es la que hace check in de muy mal humor pero pues diran que ellos no tienen control de eso pero dar un buen servicio al cliente para uno es muy importante y si no pues consigan a alguien que si tengan uds contro para que traten bien a sus huespedes. llegamos ala "suite" que de suite no tiene nada me di cuenta que fue un error aver rentado ay para mi estadia en miami pero ya no podia hacer nada. Estaba en muy mal estado las fotos en internet nada que ver. La botellita que tenia jabon para lavar los trastes estaba casi vacia. No teniamos bolsas de basura para mantener limpio pues de las que nosotros desocupabamos esas usabamos. Habia una cucaracha en el piso casi entrando. Las camas si es que se les puede llamar camas muy incomodas la de arriba y las dos chiquitas de abajo, ahh pero como para todo tienen escusa de lo que uno como husped les dise de seguro saldran con algo para desir que es mentira. La cortina rota. La Puerta de entrada dañada. Una d las puertitas como de closet me parese que era sin la ruedita para poderse abrir. Ay no fue una pesadilla. La alberca estaba cerrada pero igual diran que eso no esta en sus manos entonses que si esta en sus manos? Enves de contestar con escusas mejor ponganse hacer bien su trabajo. Y para terminar un show el check out jamas se comunicaron conmigo hasta la fecha para unas preguntas. No me deja subir fotos

The view of the Atlantic Ocean from window was stunning. Easy access to the beach was very satisfying. A small kitchen serves good for small needs . Overall wonderful experience.

Absolutely terrible. Upon check in, we had a filthy room. When we reported it, we were called liars and it was suggested that we clean it ourselves. There was dog food, nails and hair all over the ripped carpet upon arrival. The staff was beyond rude and said we were lying bc the “room is always cleaned”. They asked for pictures and upon providing the pictures of the filthy room, they sent someone the NEXT day and still did not clean the room. As for the building… the pics are photoshopped. The building is a DUMP. Ripped carpet, broken and dirty appliances and I honestly doubt we had clean sheets. THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH. AVOID THIS PLACE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Good view, great facility and friendly staff. But the bathroom needs a makeover ; bath tub was worn-out and slippery . Cloth Iron and hair dryer did not work ; neither cleaning staff not front desk were able to help and we have to reach out to app where we booked from to request a replacement

My stay was outstanding! I really enjoyed the unit and the environment. I highly recommend this location to future bookers. Thanks for accommodating us!

The room was nothing like the pictures. It looked old and was dirty upon our arrival. The floors were dirty and hadn’t been mopped. Kitchen counters were dirty. The bathroom upstairs toilet was broken along with the knob on the shower so we couldn’t adjust the water temperature and had to take a shower with extremely hot water the whole time we were there. Trying to get someone in the front desk to help is like pulling teeth! I got the run around and nobody did anything about it. I will say two good things were the convenient store downstairs and the fact that it was right off the beach but even then good luck with getting back in the gate from the beach because even that was broken. I was very disappointed with the outcome of this hotel. Not worth what we paid for. Definitely won’t be staying here again.
