Wonderful spot. Not what promised and certainly not worth the price

This was the worst experience I had ever had the place was disgusting dirty and had bugs. When I address the situation with management they ignored me and hung up on me. Then ask if I wanted them to come in my room and terminate the bugs with spray like really? Refuse to return my money and stay I wasted money on a dump. Stop trying to rip hard working people off when they are trying to have a nice vacation which ruined mine. I don't even know why you guys even entertain this place it should be close down. Really disrespectful management.

We stayed in their Presidential Suite. It is a very large unit. With a little TLC it could be a great unit. It is fairly tired due to a lot of wear and tear. It's puzzling why they do not take better care of it. The blinds fell off the ceiling one day when we were not in the unit and broke a really cool lamp. With that said, it is a good value for the $$$. The property itself is dated and not well maintained. The only real service the property has is the free valet. Otherwise, there is nothing. If the property was maintained better, it could be a very nice place to stay. If you are expecting this to be the Fontainbleu, then stay there as that is not what this property is. Of course you would probably spend 5x to 10x more for this unit there. If I'm feeling cheap, I might stay here again, if not, I'd pick something nicer.

Not bad service, It was NO service. No bed cleaning, No towel change, No bath and toiletries refill. No shops or restaurants around. Swimming poor was closed. I need to bring all of my garbage down stair and ask ‘shop owner’ to take it from me I learned later that I need to call unit manager to get those services. Based on my vacation experiences, who does that? I was there 4 days and regretted every single days. Even Uber drivers knew about this building’a service.

Check in was ok, they need more employees. Their Cafe con leche at their coffee shop is really good. We stayed at Bay 1, it was a clean and well taken care but the lobby and other common areas can use some updates. Beach is behind the property which was perfect. Overall our stay was ok. We can recommend to families and friends.

Stayed at the duplex apartment. It was clean looks the same as the pictures. The other reviews had me worried but it turned out to be fine. The room I had was great

overall not bad, but it was very cold at night and the heat didn’t work, and the internet didn’t work either!(

Very clean space. Comfortable bed. Wonderful view.

The location is awesome. It has a million dollar view. Its hospital clean. Cozy, comfortable, clean!

Enjoyed the views from hotel room. Beach acces . Valet parking was great
