The hotel is chick and very clean, and as we didn't find a hotel that it is connected to the skyway to the Mayo Clinic, we had a few options and that is why we ended up at this hotel, which we don't regret at all, as the staff met our needs. especially the front desk young lady, Britney or Brittany, went beyond our expectations, same as the shuttle driver, Mr Paul, he was a kindhearted gentleman.

two things we did not like about the hotel. 1- the parking is very tight , we had a truck and it was very hard to park, even the garage doors were narrow, we had to pull in the rear mirrors in order to get in and out of it, and that is where Mr. Paul came to the rescue... He told us that he can take us to our appointments at the Mayo Clinic after we have checked out, leave the car in the garage, and call him whenever we were done at the Mayo Clinic, even though his shift ended at 1 pm, the next driver went and picked us up, took us to the hotel, and we just went straight to the basement and got into the car and went out. 2- the Cafe at the hotel is very expensive and the sandwiches are very small, they were reheated in the microwave. we did have a bad experience there. Actually we did not even ask if it is run by the hotel or if it is operated by someone else.

The hotel looks newly built with modern amenity and very clean room. The air conditioning is very comfortable. The staffs are polite and helpful. I had a nice stay during my visit.

I have stayed here a few times for easy access to Mayo Clinic. There is a lot of construction in the area, but they have a dedicated shuttle which makes it easy (the shuttle will take you anywhere in a 2 mile radius, too). The staff has always been fantastic: very friendly, professional and helpful. One of the best area hotels I have stayed at. They require your room key for the elevator use and garage access which I appreciate for security.

BEWARE! There is a $24 charge for parking that the booking.com app does not make clear or include in the booking.com price. The person at the front desk did not tell me about the Parking charge either. Also beware this place is directly next to a massive construction site. That will be a noisy dusty place for the next several years. If you stay here, be sure to be on the opposite side from the construction zone.
