Construction was happening but the front desk clerk, Geoffrey was incredibly helpful with instructions for driving, parking, etc.. Very clear and thorough. Breakfast was ok. Variety good. Hotel was extremely clean.

"Construction noise until 8 p.m."

Construction is everywhere around the Mayo Clinic campus, including just outside the room we were given. Pile-driving was happening the day we arrived, and it was loud and continuous until 8 p.m. We requested another room but were told the hotel was sold out, a disappointment given that our reservation (by a Titanium Elite member) included a request for a quiet room. Otherwise, the room was fine. Breakfast was included; offerings are mainly packaged items. The hotel is not connected to the skyway or the pedestrian subway, but offers a shuttle to the Mayo campus. Be sure to sign up in advance for the departure time you need. The rainy morning I left, several people who hadn't reserved a spot had to wait for the next shuttle, which wasn't for another half hour.

Showers don't have a full door. Lots of water gets on the floor. Poor design. Bed wasn't the most comfortable for me, otherwise great
