"Excellent"

Everything was excellent except our room needed more detailed cleaning. We moved the chair to get a better view to the window and there was popcorn & other debris underneath. Yikes, not sure how long that was there for.

Location to Mayo Clinic, service and ambiance of hotel was amazing as well.

Construction around the hotel but that’s not really their fault just was confusing to navigate for someone who was visiting for the first time.

"The best place to stay in Rochester!"

The hotel is just small enough that it’s quiet, which is great after especially difficult treatments. If you have any request, they will find a way to ensure that they happen. It is clean and well maintained, with the added bonus of being “ kid discouraged”. Weekends can be slightly frustrating because they often sell out due to events which make it difficult on patients who are staying there long-term, and accustomed to the quiet. The laundry room is a huge plus and the shuttle service is great. Chance and Brittany are both amazing and go above and beyond to make you comfortable and welcomed. I’ve stayed there seven times and will stay there every time I’m in Rochester! Truly, a hidden gym, close enough to all male facilities yet far enough away that you feel disconnected and are able to relax.

"Stayed 9 nights for Mayo appointments"

I stayed here while helping my dad with his appointments at Mayo. It was a great stay during a difficult time. A bright spot during our stay was Paul, one of the shuttle drivers. His since of humor and friendly demeanor helped to make some of my dad's most difficult days much better. Thank you Paul!
