Indianhead Ironwood Motel

This is an older style motel where you drive up to your room ( old school motel ) but it was very comfortable, well kept, and clean just what we were looking for. Very happy with our stay.

Kiosk check in was weird. Had corner room near highway so traffic was loud.

The hotel was ok for the price. The thing that will keep me away is there was no one at the front desk at check in. They have a automated kiosk but it was a joke at best.

Ok for a budget motel. You get what you pay for. First place I've been that had a virtual check-in.

Tv doesn’t work, Difficult to check in as no one in the office. No one answering phone calls, no way to reach anyone with problems

Check in is done remotely via a kiosk in the lobby. The first room I went to hadn't been cleaned. The next room was "clean"--as clean as a hotel that is as run-down as this one can get, but then another couple was sent to that room an an hour after I checked in. The air conditioner is full of mold that explodes into the room when turned on. The rooms smell of something not pleasant that's been covered over and over by spray products that just mask the odor. Hotel is on a main street, and traffic noise is audible. I would not stay here again.

The rooms were dirty.

Based on other reviews in Orbitz I expected much more for the price. The carpet was dirty. No A/C was on and the room was musty smelling. A pot of cigarette butts was outside the door. At any price it was unappealing but at $100 a night was really unacceptable!

I prepaid. Arrived at 3:15. Office was messy and smelled. No one was there. The kiosk did not work at all. Phone calls not answered. I left. Came back at 4. Kiosk was turned on. Got a person with much difficulty. Very hard to understand. Check in process took forever and was very confusing and frustrating. I requested a refund but was refused. Finally I got a room number and entry code which did not work. Returned to kiosk and got two different entry codes. They didn’t work either. Returned to kiosk and it was off. I left. Entire episode took almost two hours. I prepaid, spent almost two hours trying to deal with the hotel, and never got the room I paid for. Totally unsatisfactory

The electronic check in was Very frustrating for the gentleman ahead of me and as I waited I felt unsafe. The office was messy and smelly. I chose to leave even though I had prepaid.
