Indianhead Ironwood Motel

One of the most convenient and quick check ins. Smooth process and the property Manager/owner has always been accommodating and friendly to us.

I did not like that there wasn't a person to check you in, instead got kiosk and you "face timed" with check in person. got printed receipt with my door code and not key card. Person before me was told where to get extra towels, etc and code for that room on her receipt, I did not. I got code for sauna but wasn't really sure which room it was. Lobby not open 24 hours. Walls extremely thin and could hear traffic like I was right next to the road. Had problems with the heat not working. Terrible coffee in room. The bed was comfortable enough and location was good is about the only positive thing I have to say.

First time we had a virtual check-in which was fine; door code instead of key was convenient. Coffeemaker didn't work and have enough supplies.

Indianhead is a "Facetime" checkin. You summon a person on a monitor in the motel lobby. There might be an actual person on duty somewhere, but they weren't needed. Room entry via a button code on the door. I made reservation through Expedia.Com There was still food in the refrigerator. It was very warm in room and heat wouldn't adjust so I opened windows. Well lighted at night. I would consider it fair value for $$.

disgusting - horrific. Took about one hour to get booked in Due to and electronic video check in system not working and no telephone number to call in case of trouble. Hotel telephone number went un answered. A service industry cannot expect people to accept such shoddiness ! I was so angry I hardly slept all night - maybe couple of hours & left at 5AM. Would |NEVER consider going back !!

Check in is virtually, which is no big deal but I could hardly hear the person on the other end. The room…. Erm. Carpet felt wet and dirty. The back window did not lock, anyone on the outside could have opened it. It was also cracked in the corner. Shower was still dirty along with the bathroom floor. To watch tv, you had to play with the buttons on the side of the tv to get it back to hdmi every time . Won’t be staying here again.

Check in was quick via a high tech check in kiosk. Staff online was friendly and helpful. The room was old but spacious. The carpet was thread bare but the bed was amazingly comfortable - the best of any motel so far! The bathroom was clean and relatively new. For the price I might come back again

Bed linen was stained and don’t think it was clean. There was a lot of miscellaneous strings and spots of dirt in bed sheets. There was no one in lobby until 7am so we couldn’t check out when we left at 6am. Wiped up a spill of water on the desk and the towel was dirty. Windows in bathroom and bedroom were open when we first entered the room.
