Good location, very clean room, staff were very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the room upgrade and cake for our anniversary.

The room in the suite had a big pillar which was very close to the bed.

Such a beautiful hotel and great walkable location

Only con was that the windows need to be more soundproofed- I could hear the street traffic at all hours so it made it difficult for sleeping, thus affecting the overall stay unfortunately!

The hotel is very noisy, and you can't control the AC, it's centralized for the whole floor. My room was too hot but other guests wanted HEAT and I couldn't turn my room to COOL, couldn't sleep at all.

They need to have Independent AC control for each room. I had never seen this kind of AC controls in any other hotels. And you can hear all the talks from the hallways as if they were in your room. Very uncomfortable.

Siempre que me quedo todos los empleados son muy atentos a todo lo que se necesitas y te sientes segura hay muchos espacios para relajarme y es bueno cuando voy por trabajo por que no me preocupo por la seguridad

Solo una trabajadora fue muy ineficiente y me miraba como desagradable se que el hotel esta acostumbrado a personas de otros países pero si me complico la entrada siempre pago con tarjeta de débito y ella me dijo que no que debía ser con la de credito hasta que llego su compañero super amable resolvió la situación
