Breakfast was average. The rooms were comfortable. The food and service at the roof top Cabuya was outstanding.

Overall service was OK but the location was a bit inconvenient to travel to main parts of the city.

Overall good The coffee shop near the escalator can improve their service for take out. They did not have plastic spoons, or a paper bag to carry the takeout food,

Room was small

Excellent location, good vibe and overall amenities. A bit pricey for what you get and the pool is a bit of a let down. Would appreciate more places to lay down and lounge.

The property was in a great location and the stuff was very good. I was very surprised on how nice everybody was. The facilities are very nice and the restaurants are amazing all of them.

The signs to the gym were a little bit confusing, nothing crazy to complain, but just to put something that’s it

The Andaz strikes a balance: while the property itself shows its age in places — the rooms are on the darker side and the infrastructure isn’t brand-new — the level of service more than makes up for it. The staff were consistently attentive and quick to respond, whether it was arranging extra bedding or a same-day clean. Alan, in particular, stood out, checking in regularly to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Facilities are also strong: the gym and spa feel modern, well-equipped, and a notch above what you’d expect at this level. The location is on the quieter edge of Condesa, but still within walking distance of the area’s livelier streets, cafés, and parks — a nice mix of calm and convenience. If you value top-tier service and wellness amenities, this is an excellent choice, even if the rooms themselves could use a refresh.

El personal presta un servicio excelente en especial Gibrán. EL hotel es muy bonito, super comodo y moderno. Es un gran hotel que sin duda cumplio todas mis expectativas
