Beauty hotel, with extremely friendly and attentive staff. Great location. Breakfast buffet was also very good and had a great variety of foods to choose from.

The pool was very small and dirty. The food service at the rooftop restaurant was slow. The value for the money is not there. It was too expensive for the size and the amenities

Near many good eateries, gym and good breakfasts, staff were helpful

Very dimly light rooms…and the internet is atrocious!, the card lock in system is temperamental sometimes it works sometimes it does not!

The hotel is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, the food in the rooftop bar/restaurant was delicious and all the staff were super friendly and helpful! When I come back to Mexico City I will definitely be staying here!

Friendly hotel and friendly hospitality staff. The restaurant breakfast was excellent but was similar to San Diego about $30 per person. I loved the location but my wife was not very happy, look for the food restaurants by walking in the area, good food places around with very reasonable prices but if you want a Sit down American style Restaurant , you will pay what you will pay in the USA, or at least this is what we paid, The food outside of the restaurants are very reasonable cost. Taxis are very expensive but Uber was amazingly low cost then what the Taxi’s were charging.

Things are a but run down and the materials used in the rooms are lower quality … for example the hinge to the door to the minibar cover busted and blocked the dresser drawers (was repaired when reported). The breakfast buffet has lots of options but few done well. Needs an overhaul and simplification focusing on quality and freshness
