Hilton Garden Inn Pune Hinjawadi

Slow house-keeping service… you may tend to walk-in to a dirty room despite request for a clean-up. Clean Laundry won’t be handed over unless you ask for it. Their in-room dining service says available till 2 am but no one would answer post 1:30 am! Their room lights were flickering but despite highlighting it to housekeeping, they did not change it.

Really nothing

The hotel is not designed to help people. These are small things. First. the waitress in the breakfast table did not understand either English or Hindi. There are many small issues. It indicates that the owner has not paid attention to details

Buffet breakfast had a wide array of choices including a live counter - good spread!

Location was a bit tough to navigate due to very busy traffic right outside (not the fault of hotel, though!)

All though limited in room dining menu qualitu of food is excellent

The room got flooded with water coming from the bathroom shower as the glass was not sealed properly and water spilled from bathroom to bedroom
