Irvine Riverside Guesthouse by Paymán Club

It was a good price in the town I visited. Prompt response from the owner to issue.

Too much admin, additional online forms after the booking was made. Place was messy, scruffy and not clean. There was spit/fleg/snot on the TV screen, mould in the shower, loose tap, extractor fan not working, entrance and reception were a mess, insecure front door, room not vacuumed. Satisfaction call after my stay. Caller was not aware of ongoing complaint. Host offered my 5% refund, 10% off my next stay. I wouldn’t stay again if they paid me to.

Leaves alot to be desired, rooms to small for king size bed, no room to move.

Property was dirty and untidy. Room not ready and neither was alternative room that was offered. Had to argue for a refund.

Great stay, clean and good location

No receptuon, no email with code for key, needs to be long time on phone to be able go inside.

Never met any staff . Tele didn't work . Foned n got moved rooms

Had everything I needed, very comfortable as well, kitchen facilities, beautiful chinese along the road, all in all It was great value for money, I've seen alot of negative reviews, if you want luxury then book the Hilton, if you want somewhere to relax for work etc then book here.
