"Very disappointing and spent a lot of money on a dump."

1.0

It was not far from Tenby centre

It is an ex council house in a row of other council houses and the area was quite rough looking. It did not look like any of the photos that were used to encourage you to book the property, the outside was awful and needed a good clearing up with new outside furniture provided. Inside looks clean until you start using the equipment etc which most of the things were not clean and we had to wash everything and clean all the work tops in the kitchen, the fridge was completely frosted up so we had to get rid of all the ice and clean it before we could use it, because the door won’t open fully you can’t move the shelves so not enough space to store things. The beds were awful and uncomfortable, not sure about whether the bedding was clean, there were spiders webs going up the stairs with spiders in them plus in the lounge area. No toilet upstairs and bathroom located near the kitchen which was not very practical as during the night you had to come down awful stairs which needed another handrail to help you get up and down. The property was certainly not worth the money, awful and very disappointing. Could go on but I think this is enough.

"Great potential tenby holiday"

6.0

We had a lovely stay at this holiday rental in Tenby. The location was excellent, with both the Co-op and the town centre within easy walking distance, making it very convenient for shopping and exploring the area. The property was a comfortable three-bedroom house with modern décor throughout, giving it a fresh and welcoming feel. The TV and excellent internet connection were a real bonus, especially for relaxing in the evenings. The house was well equipped with useful appliances, including a fridge, washing machine, kettle and microwave, which made our stay even more convenient. Quick reply from host but to offer to send housekeeping team after we have arrived is not acceptable this should have been done before we arrived.

While the property had several positives, there were a few areas that detracted from our overall experience. The biggest issue was the comfort of the beds. The spring mattresses were very uncomfortable and felt worn, making it feel as though you were sinking into the bed. The wooden slats underneath could also be felt, which affected the quality of our sleep. We were also disappointed with the cleanliness of the property on arrival. Several rooms were dusty, and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceilings, giving the impression that the house had not been thoroughly cleaned or checked before guests arrived. In addition, the rubbish bin provided inside the property was quite small for a family-sized stay, and there were no outdoor bins available, which made waste disposal inconvenient during our visit. Addressing these issues would significantly improve the guest experience and bring the property up to the standard expected for a holiday rental.

Lovely cottage with plenty of space and a cosy modern vibe also pet friendly with the garden aswell. It has good internet access and a wonderful kitchen. I could of happily moved in there forever as it was homely. Also lovely warmth with a hive thermostat to easily control the temperature. It is a peaceful location and the neighbours seemed friendly, also very considerate & quiet. I also liked that there is an iron, hairdryer, microwave and pretty much everything you need as not all places accommodate like this. walking distance to the town & beach and shops all close by which is convenient. If you have not been to tenby before, it’s a wonderful place and plenty of stuff to do and explore. The views are mind blowing up in the town village & surroundings especially. We will definitely stay here again, but a few things i would improve is a musty smell in one or two of the rooms (but i forget that it is a cottage realistically) but a few things could do with updating, also the living room tv remote is absolutely awful and was temperamental and Netflix & other apps failed to load. I did bring my own firestick as i did not know what to expect and im glad i did. There is some fence damage up the top of the garden and this does need repair as a small dog could easily slip through. There was a tv in the kitchen but no batteries. The shower and bath is decent and we was pleased with sofa quality and lighting. Overall we loved our weekend Thank you @StayPembrokeshire

The kitchen was well equipped and the location was good

The bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable. The property was surface clean, but could do with some TLC

"Disappointed"

5.0

Bedrooms clean

Mattresses thin and uncomfortable, bathroom was dirty when we arrived, sides of toilet and behind toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly, kitchen smelt greasy, food under sofa, whole of downstairs needed a scrub /deep clean. Not happy with this when being charged nearly £200 a night. Also the description of a cottage is misleading, it’s an ex council house , can’t be described as a holiday home.
