The Scarlet, Lincoln, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

There were some staff shortages, so bar area and some meal options were not available at times. Nice clean place.

We’ve stayed at the Scarlet many times over the last two years while visiting our son who is a student at UNL. Everything about the scarlet is lovely. The quality of the rooms, the finishes, the food and the drink are all way above average. The service, however, was very disappointing during our recent stay. It may be temporary. It may be staffing issues. But if it continues, we will seek out a new favorite place to stay.

It says there is an EV charger onsite, there is not. It is next door and you can only charge for a few hours before it charges you over 20 dollars an hour, and there is no overnight parking. Also there is a 75 dollar pet fee they do not advertise and “get you with” when you check in. Cost is overpriced for what they offer.

This hotel is super clean and the staff were all friendly and attentive. The restaurants and coffee shop in the hotel are incredible. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable & the blackout curtains were nice so we could sleep in a bit for once. The room was also very cool which, as hot sleepers, is a major bonus! I will say, the wifi was pretty awful and unfortunately I had to pay for better wifi to be able to join Zoom meetings or even just browse the internet for things to do. So, if you are coming here for work or school be prepared to pay $$$. I also found it strange that housekeeping didn't come and take care of our room. One specific day we were out of the room before 9, came back in the evening, & the room was untouched. Overall, this is a really nice place to stay and a short drive from anything you could want to do in Lincoln.

Room makes weird noises and has a lot of flashing lights. Very hard to sleep in. Charged my credit card multiple times and didn’t change it after complaining. Also they said they have EV charger but they don’t. They poont you to an old EV charger a few blocks away that doesn’t even support NACS.

The staff were so friendly & accommodating! We loved that the hotel was close to the Pinnacle Bank Arena. The valet was amazing & worked so quickly.

All the staff were extremely nice.The rooftop bar has a good view.The restaurant in the lobby is really good, and the rooms are fantastic.

My husband and I stayed just one night at this hotel which is only about 3 years old. We had a beautiful suite with a super comfortable bed and huge bathroom. They also had a huge workout room with a nice view and an option to have dinner at the hotel itself. You could either valet your car or self park very close by. A couple of negatives: when you took a shower the floor under your feet became a skating rink.. In fact, I ended up putting some flip flops on before getting in the shower as my husband warned me of the slippery floor and secind, the gym need some maintenance with their treadmills-incredibly noisy. The gentleman using the treadmill had to move several times before finding a treadmill that was not making a racket.
