Clean and friendly. Nice area

Brand new hotel with a great layout and staff. The pool is not particularly appealing but otherwise the rest of the property is very nice. The staff was very nice and went so far as to dry a load of clothes for us as the dryer was out of service in the wash room. They also called to tell us fresh cookies were out!

I recognized I booked this room through booking.com, however the room I chose was to include a sofa and I paid extra for this option. The room I received did not include a sofa. I brought this up to the front desk staff. They seemed confused and didn't have an answer or option for me. I was disappointed that nothing was done and I paid extra for this option. I did not pursue it further because I assumed since I booked through a third party I would have no option with the hotel.

There were fighting above my room at 4am no one from management followed up on this with me the next day. Elevators and WiFi was down. They need help with customer service and learning how to help people. They offered to move my room on the day I checked out. Lights in room wasn’t working

So the wife and I are in Cedar Park for an Austin Train Association ride from here to Burnet (that’s another review). We chose this HI as we’re Hilton members and it’s about a block from the train depot - see pick from our room. This is a newer HI. How do I know - the shades and curtains are electric - just a push of a switch and up they go. Room was very comfy. A/C cold. Bed comfy - slept like a baby. We need a handicapped accessible room as my wife is on crutches for a recent surgery and the bathroom was well equipped. A complimentary breakfast buffet that’s is standard was nice but they also have a bar, yep, a wine n beer bar. 5-10pm I think. Oh the charge it to my room. Lots of restaurants in the area. And real close to the train depot. Certainly a nice place to stay.

Very nice hotel. Comfy bed. Good continental breakfast. Staff super friendly.

The room was musky. The bathroom floor was sticky. The bathroom door and the shower door would not stay closed. We reported the issue with the doors to the front staff and they immediately called maintenance to address the issue.

The hotel was nice but the breakfast was not as great as reviews stated. The buffet was just average. The potatoes and sausage were both cold. No decaff coffee until I asked for it. I hope you can do better. Also the room layout was modern and great but there was not enough trash receptacles.

Kind thoughtful staff. Clean comfortable room.
