During a critical deployment to Leander, TX, our urban search and rescue team, IL-TF1, encountered significant challenges in securing housing. After being turned away by five other hotels, we found true partners in the team at Hampton Inn & Suites – Cedar Park. Morgan and Maria, in particular, went far beyond what anyone could expect — coordinating logistics, juggling shifting needs, and working miracles to ensure our team and others had a place to stay. Their dedication was matched by the professionalism and warmth of Alan, Logan, and Camila, who welcomed us like family and handled every detail with care and flexibility. This is not just a hotel — this is a team of people who genuinely care and show up when it matters most. We are incredibly grateful.

A serious warning to anyone considering booking through Expedia or other third-party platforms: A single booking error—where our reservation dates were mistakenly entered as August 18 instead of the intended August 12–15—resulted in a lost night’s stay and a $120 charge. Despite catching the mistake nearly a month in advance, the manager at Hampton Inn flatly refused to amend the dates, citing inflexible “company policy.” This rigid stance and lack of willingness to resolve a straightforward issue are unacceptable. Hospitality should be rooted in consideration and service, especially when guests take proactive steps to correct an error well before their arrival. Instead, we were met with indifference and an unyielding refusal to help. Because of this dismissive attitude and poor customer care, we canceled our entire reservation and booked elsewhere. Hampton Inn’s failure to demonstrate even basic accommodation or empathy has left us deeply disappointed and unlikely to return—or recommend them to others.

We had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Cedar Park North Austin! Morgan, the Assistant Manager, was incredibly friendly and professional. She and Paulo went above and beyond, texting us throughout our stay to answer questions and fulfill requests promptly. The hotel itself is fairly new and very well maintained—both inside and out. The elevators and hallways were spotless and smelled fresh. Our room was immaculate, with a super comfortable king bed and the most luxurious bedding (I even ordered some for home!). The bathroom was spacious with a long vanity, and the shower had excellent water pressure and temperature. We appreciated the in-room amenities like the mini fridge with a freezer, microwave, and powerful A/C. Although we didn’t try the breakfast, the large breakfast area looked inviting, and I loved that they offered four different coffees available all day. The location was convenient with easy access and plenty of parking. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in the Austin area!

I've been staying at the Hampton Inn in Cedar Park, Texas about every three months for a while now, and while the hotel itself is newer and has had a few small issues here and there (as many new places do), I keep coming back for one reason: the staff. From day one, they’ve gone above and beyond to make every stay feel personal and comfortable. Morgan, the new assistant manager, is a standout. She always remembers my name and even details about what’s going on in my life—she checks in and genuinely cares. That kind of attention is rare and really appreciated. Logan is another familiar face who always makes sure my room is just right and that I’m comfortable throughout my stay. Honestly, every staff member I've interacted with has shown the same level of care. It's clear they take pride in making sure guests feel welcomed and valued. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and friendly place to stay in Cedar Park, I can’t recommend this Hampton Inn enough. It’s the people here that truly make it feel like a home away from home.
