Все було просто надзвичайно. Нас зустріли на пероні після приїзду з Мачу-Пікчу і привезли до готелю ( дорога займає десь 30 хвилин). Персонал супер привітний. Можна замовити вечерю в капсулу. Сніданок був смачний Враження від перебування в підвисній капсулі ми будемо пам'ятати все життя.

The view was incredible and the whirlpool a great experience. The breakfast was really delicious and the dinner was okay. The beds were comfortable and there were enough blankets for the nights as well as a heater and hot water bottles for everyone staying.

Our arrival wasn’t the greatest experience. We had to leave our luggage at a hotel in the city and pay 10PEN per luggage (the accommodation returned this money upon our request). Additionally, we were picked up 30 minutes late and we didn’t feel safe with the driver (very steep drive, no safety belts, very foggy windows, the driver being on the phone). There was no communication with us about the situation and the communication after arrival at the suites was also slow (no information about the route to the capsule, no excuse for the delay (e.g. a “welcome drink”), no asking if we wanted drinks with dinner). The capsule was supposed to be for 3 people but there were only two glasses, two towels (at first), two cups, two thick blankets instead of the 3 we needed. There was only one towel per person. Which didn’t dry over night due to the humidity in the capsule. It would’ve been nice to have a towel to clean the floors after arriving in the rain and also a towel to put in front of the whirlpool for getting out after a bath. A small towel for the face would’ve also been appreciated. There was also a big spider inside, which the guide thankfully took away after asking. The electricity was also unstable in the evening (when we turned on the jacuzzi jets the lights turned off).

Foi uma das experiências mais incríveis que já tive em relação a hospedagem. Ficamos na cápsula pendurada na montanha e foi uma verdadeira aventura. Sem falar que ela eh muuuito confortável. Um luxo total! Mas não tenho palavras pra descrever o que foi acordar com o sol iluminando o cume da montanha Verônica bem na nossa frente. Por várias vezes me emocionei. A equipe do hotel eh fantástica, super educados e prestativos. O café da manhã estava delicioso. Pagamos pelo jantar que foi servido em nosso quarto e também estava tudo impecável.

Beyond amazing staff- if you are celebrating something they make you feel so special. You have to experience this! Comfort with food and drinks but adventure at the same time. Crazy to take a bath with these views! They even stage photos with traditional hats and the mountains are unexplainable! Even if you are afraid of heights they have an option for you!

There was nowhere to sit in our pod except on the bed (inside or out on the deck) so we found we liked being at the restaurant.
