The warm hospitality, a jacuzzi at 3400 m, evening walks with headlamps, and morning coffee on the terrace — all of this made our stay absolutely unforgettable. Everything! The location is fascinating and the staff here are so kind especially Gabi with her welcoming smile and Juan Carlos who accompanied us all the way to our rooms and back to the dining room.

Very unique experience. The view is amazing in all of the cabins, albeit one of them they say that has the same view of the other ones (the one with easier access), but it doesn’t - it is worse. The cabin is sufficiently spacious and clean. The staff is generally very friendly and helpful, specially Gabriela from the reception. The breakfast (included) and dinner (not included) are also nice.

The overall structure is just not there. I know this is a place with very difficult access, but you cannot call yourself “luxury” if (i) the water in the shower gets cold or very hot anytime; (ii) the shower itself sprays water everywhere in the room; (iii) the bathtub cannot be used because the drain is broken; (iv) manager tries to trick guests into not-so-clear situations. I originally went to this place because I thought the view was amazing and I wanted me and my Girlfriend to have a good time in a unique place, with a nice view from the sky. However, the manager of the place put us the “easy access” cabin because the drain was broken in the other one, arguing that the view was the same. As it was not, we complained about the situation and he moved us into the cabin with the broken drain - without warning us first that there was the place where we were being moved. In the end, the view made it worth the change, but the absence of the tub and the need to use the broken shower made the showering experience awful, where it should be a relaxing moment (specially in the cold that makes in the cabins - they gets very cold). It is worth noting that the room is basically a bed, a view and a tub, so that if one of them is missing you missed 33% of the experience (or more, depending on your needs) In the end, they must improve communication with the guests a lot (I really mean a lot). The manager seems to be trying to make excuses for the lack of structure and not being clear about the situation. Other guests also had trouble with showers and water (a couple that was also there in another room couldn’t even bathe at the time). Overall, it is a very unique experience, but they need to pay attention to details and hear people out if they want to make this anything close to luxurious.

Es una experiencia única, las vistas son increíbles, el personal muy amables, desayuno excelente muy abundante. Tener en cuenta que la ubicación del hospedaje es lejos de Ollantaytambo, el acceso al hotel es complicado por lo tanto hay que organizarse para realmente disfrutar de todo lo que te ofrecen.

Lento el servicio de comidas.

Las vistas espectaculares, la comida, la infraestructura, el personal, Sra Gaby, Juan Pablo y Giancarlo, todos muy amables.

We stayed in the hanging glass capsule. What an adventure! However, safety was top priority. Views are amazing. Property is family owned and Eddy, one of the owners, was on site as well as offered zip lining or hiking. We were greeted with local drink then dinner and breakfast were delicious. The capsule has a jacuzzi with unreal views that we took advantage of! Capsule accommodates up to 4 people and is a unique experience Highly recommend for the adventure seeker.
