é incrível toda a experiencia para chegar a capsula desde inicio quando subimos o morro de carro, após com quadriciclo e um pedaço a pé para começar a escalagem o guia foi super atencioso e levou a nossa mochila, pois ficamos um pouco cansados quando chega ao topo é acompanhado o tempo todo pelo guia e a vista é de tirar o folego o jantar é servido na capsula e o café da manha poder escolher se quer comer na capsula ou no restaurante

The location offers beautiful views of the Sacred Valley. The setting has potential for a unique stay if managed properly.

Shortly after check-in at 10 PM, we discovered there was no hot water in our room. We reported it immediately at 10:30 PM, but it was only fixed the next morning after breakfast around 10 AM. This meant we could not take a proper shower at all during our stay—because no traveler in Peru wants to waste half a day waiting for basic amenities to be repaired instead of exploring. The manager gave excuses, claiming the hotel was “fully booked,” as if that justified failing to provide basic services. We paid the full price like every other guest and expected hot water, which is a minimum standard. Management failed to handle the situation professionally. Instead of offering a fair solution, they gave excuses and only a minimal compensation (USD 50), which did not reflect the extent of the inconvenience. The hotel is advertised as a luxury experience, but what we experienced was the opposite—poor service, poor management, and broken promises. Luxury means flawless service, not cold showers and excuses. Luggage storage, which was supposed to be included, ended up being charged when we picked up our bags at another location. Vertical Sky Suites may look appealing for its scenery, but luxury is not about views—it’s about professionalism, reliability, and delivering what is promised. Sadly, the property failed in every essential aspect.

It was a bit of a journey to get there, but when we arrived, it was truly breathtaking We were met by the very friendly staff and taken up to our truly amazing dome with views that went for ever truly an amazing setting not for the faint hearted do need a bit of fitness the climb takes it out of you but when you arrive words can describe the beauty and tranquillity breathtaking an experience of a lifetime thanks to the staff for a mind blowing experience Wow
