Irie Tulum

Not only was the property outstanding, but the staff at the front desk made all the difference. They offered amazing suggestions over and over for local activities, shops, dining, activities, etc that I would have never knew existed. They were truly the key and the result was an amazing trip.

- Nice boutique hotel - The shared kitchen is nice (not enough tools) - Very nice staff guys that willing to assist

- An isolated area that is under construction - Every morning noise of the construction machine near the hotel - Very dark during the night (no lights on the roads)

I like the property because the staff was very helpful in any matter, i liked the fact that i could rent a bike at the property, easy to get to the beach or to the shops and downtown. Comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast even though the apartment has fully furnished kitchen and i could also cook my preferred food.

At the ground floor is high humidity but the property placed a dehumidifier plus air conditioning in each room.

The Stuff is amazing. They are always ready to help you with a big smile on their faces. I stied there for second time. The food at the restaurant is really nice.

Great Facilities, helpful lovely staff

My stay in Irie Hotel was absolutely perfect. The hotel has very good facilities and the staff is amazing and helped us a lot during our stay. They have a very equipped gym which I didn’t find in any other hotel in tulum and a bar with very good food. The zone is very secure and in a very good location. I loved the penthouse apartment, it’s very big and has a private pool.

Nothing, everything was perfect. The only regret is not staying more time

Amazing stuff and spacious apartments.

Location was in a quiet area under major development though. The boys on reception staff were brilliant really really lovely guys that couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were really clean very new good quality.

Unfortunately, there is only three sunbeds to the entire complex ( yes I did say that correct only three !) and a small pool which doesn’t get any sun. So no sunbathing and no balconies and chairs et cetera to sit outside either. That was a really really poor design. Neither did we have a bottle opener in the kitchenette. Who goes on a holiday to not sit in the Sun and not use a bottle opener for drinks ?!
