Really great property, amazing staff who were extremely helpful with whatever you need. Everything in the city is typically within 10mins driving. There area of the hotel is a up and coming hot spot for tulum with restaurants already opening up. Major grocery store is within 10mins and about 40mins from Tulum airport. The Suites are worth the upgrade esp for the full kitchen and 3 full baths

REALLY NICE PLACE FOR THE PRICE APPARTMENT IS A STUDIO WITH A HUGE BED NICE KITCHEN WITH CUTLERY PLATES POTS AND PANS COMPLIMNETARY COFFEE, FIRST DAY CLEANERS DID A REALLY BAD JOB LEAVING THE DIRTY CLOTHS AND TOWELS IN THE ROOM, AND THE DIRTY PLATES BUT AFTER WE LET RECEPTION KNOW IT WAS IMPECABLE, THE WATER TO SHOWER IS A LITTLE SALTY BUT NOT A MAJOR PROBLEM AS I WAS TOLD MOST OF TULUMS SEWER WATER IS A LITTLE SALTY , IT ALSO HAS A BIG FRIDGE AND THE SWIMIMNG POOL CLOSES QUITE LATE (11PM) YOU NEED A CAR/MOTORBIKE/BIKE TO REACH THE HOTEL AS ITS A BIT FAR FROM THE CITY (10 MIN DRIVE)
