Schlechte Lage

Amazing, nice, clean and the whole personnel was super friendly. I cannot recall their names but everyone in the reception area as well as in the restaurant was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are great and spacious and the general area of the hotel was very quiet.

If you don't have a car/bike/bicycle the hotel may be a bit far off the main roads

The hotel is new, and the staff are vibrant, attentive, and genuinely make you feel looked after.

The pool is mostly in the shade, and the hotel is quite isolated — you really need a car or motorbike to get to the city or the beach. The water in the shower is salty and not properly hot, the apartments aren’t cleaned very often, and it can be very noisy due to a construction site next door.

Building site all around the complex, which was not a huge issue as we were out most of the day. Sadly, this was not disclosed during the booking but may reflect the low price. We stayed in one of the penthouse rooms, the flooring was incredibly slippery when wet; bearing in mind it rained most days being a tropical climate. One of our group had a serious fall getting out of the pool. I also slipped while walking to my room along the outside corridors. Some sort of gripping material must be added to all surfaces in the hotel before someone is seriously injured.

We just have one recommendation for anyone staying here: it’s better if you have a car or a motorbike/atv because the property is quite remote. It’s great if you’re looking for a calm stay and don’t plan to go out much. Getting to the beach takes around 30 minutes by bike, and going into town in the evening takes about 10 minutes by car (the hotel restaurant is not open every day). Walking or biking in the evening is not really possible, as there are no streetlights. We felt safe at the hotel itself, but not always when walking along the streets.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und das Personal großartig! Es gibt einen top ausgestatteten Sportraum und eine schöne kleine Bar/Restaurant. Die Lage ist ruhig und die Betten sehr bequem

Im Bad hat es etwas unangenehm gerochen, da gibt es wohl keine Lüftung. Außerdem ist die Lage gewöhnungsbedürftig da das Hotel mitten in einem Neubaugebiet liegt in dem es kaum andere (fertige) Hotels/Häuser gibt. Die Fahrräder die wir über den dortigen Verleih ausgeliehen haben, waren zudem in einem schlechten Zustand (Bremsen schlecht, Farbe des Fahrradkorbs färbt auf alles darin ab).

Lo mejor del lugar fue el personal. Los recepcionistas nos ayudaron muchísimo y nos aconsejaron que hacer el tulum y alrededores. El café lo hace un chico especialista y es de los mejores que me he tomado nunca! El hotel era espectacular y muy bien situado cerca de todo. Si volvemos a tulum, repetiremos seguro en este hotel. Muchísimas gracias por todo!
