The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble for them to help you out!

Something we should have looked into before coming but we were gutted that there wasn’t a large pool with sunlight in it. The pool that’s there currently is in the middle of the property with limited sun exposure and then 3 sun loungers. This isn’t the properties fault but I wasn’t aware of this before booking.

The appartement was very comfortable, clean.

There wasn’t hot water in the shower during all the stay.

Le personnel accueillant et serviable, beaucoup de bons conseils reçus de Matthias en particulier- merci!! La chambre était également agréable et bien agencée. Le calme ( à part le bruit occasionné par les voisins car isolation minimale).

La photo présentée ne correspond pas à la réalité - il n’y a pas de piscine sur le toit Hôtel un peu excentré et nécessité de prendre un taxi (cher) le soir pour aller manger

L’établissement est très propre. Grand appartement de bon standing. Piscine. Grande douche. L’accueil est chaleureux. Endroit sécurisé. Avoir un véhicule. Nice place. Big appartement. Warm welcome of the team. Need to have a car to visit.

Booking précisait un appartement pr 3 personnes avec un sofa-bed hors il ne suffisait pas lit donc cela passe pr 2j mais pas pour une semaine. Des travaux en cours dans la zone peuvent nuire un peu à la tranquillité mais rien de bien gênant. La cuisine est très pauvre en équipement. More equipment in the kitchen would be necessary. New and modern still encapsulating the feel of being in nature.

Whilst the water was warm it was never hot. There is a new hotel being built beside it so a lot of construction noise during the day.

Buen lugar para quedarse en Tulum a un precio justo. Personal muy simpatico y dispuesto ayudarte desde que llegas. Pasamos unos buenos dias ahi :)

Se recomienda arrendar vehiculo para llegar a la propiedad. La aislacion de las habitaciones son malas, escuchas todo lo que hacen los otros huespedes, nosotros tuvimos que ir a golpear la puerta de la habitacion contigua para que guardaran silencio. Pero es un problema de la construccion del lugar, mas que de las personas en si.

Good location for those driving. Higher end furnishings in a small room.

Can hear next room mornings and nights. Its not inviting to walk area. Some streets are dark and its all walled properties everywhere. No workdesk inside room just bed and TV stand.
