Irie Tulum

We stayed in the three bedroom, three bathroom penthouse suite. It was very comfortable and we loved the personal space that each of us had. Not only was the room nice, the staff was very accommodating also. The food in the restaurant was so good and the prices were not bad. We received so much assistance with planning our activities and also with ordering food from nearby restaurants.. We have no complaints and we also said that we wouldn’t mind returning in the future.

The only thing we did not like was the toilet situation. You were told not to flush toilet paper. However, we understand that the plumbing system is different in Tulum and still being developed.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The channels on the tele had English as well. That was a bonus!!

The staff is impeccable. Excellent concierge and customer service. The interior courtyard is gorgeous with a pool elegantly designed as a tropical centerpiece. The onsite restaurant is an added bonus for chill days and Guido is an excellent chef. All meals that were ordered were tasty and fairly priced. The built in tip made it easy to factor total costs, and again, very reasonable compared to getting in a taxi roundtrip and eating out. The kitchen made it easy for the days we cooked our own meals. Adequate cooking supplies, plates, bowls, utensils and wine glasses. We were in a superior suite that overlooked the pool. The view was beautiful with gorgeous plants and palms just outside of the window. At night the pool is lit in a beautiful glow. Absolutely stunning. You will need a taxi or transportation to go most places. I found prices to be affordable using the InDrive app. Simply be patient for a driver to take your offer and tip accordingly. All in all, I would definitely come back. I did not want to leave!

Excelente instalaciones y servicio. Lo único a considerar sería que es casi necesario la transportación en carro privado/taxis.

Es un alojamiento muy moderno con gimnasio completo y el personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y la cama es una maravilla.

El desayuno que ofrecían tenía precios muy elevados (una tortilla de jamón y queso 20€) y la piscina no se puede aprovechar ya que está encajada en medio del Hotel y rodeada de vegetación, da sombra durante todo el día. La ubicación está apartada de todo y necesitas vehículo para realizar cualquier actividad.

La chambre etait super sympathique. Le personnel du matin etait adorable Il y une location de vélo et de quad dans l'hôtel donc tres pratique

Il y a un reglement intérieur qui n'a pas ete respecter par des clients de lhotel ( plus de bruit apres 22h sauf que des enfant criaient , courraient ,et sautaient , dans la piscine jusqua 23h voir 00h ) On en a parler 2x et l'incident na jamais été regler. Dommage ...
