The property was really cute and I felt like home

Everything was good

The rooms, overall facilities eg. gym and pool and staff at the hotel were lovely! The staff arranged some activities and bikes very easily.

The location is a bit out the way of everything, with little lighting if you are walking around at night. It was also very easy to hear the rooms next door unfortunately, so I would recommend earplugs.

La atención del personal fue excepcional. El hotel cuenta con piscina, gimnasio y restaurante. Cenamos un día en el restaurante y la comida es buenísima. La zona es muy tranquila, únicamente puede escucharse el ruido de otros huéspedes al transitar por las zonas comunes.

Worst stay. We experienced multiple serious issues throughout our stay. The room door would not lock, which raised safety concerns. The towels and bed sheets were dirty on arrival. There was a leak in the room that damaged our clothes and completely ruined my Dyson hair dryer. The hotel refused to take responsibility. After extensive back-and-forth, they offered £40 compensation for a £500 appliance, which was completely unacceptable. When I asked to speak with the owner, staff repeatedly denied his presence, despite clear confirmation that the owner was in fact on site. Additionally, we were not given the room we originally paid for. Overall, the stay was extremely disappointing and poorly handled from start to finish.

Dirty rooms, bathrooms had a sewage smell. Their towels and bedsheets are dirty.

Hotel muito novo e confortável.

Tinha uma obra na frente do quarto, o barulho começava muito cedo (por ser uma área nova, tem muitas obras na região). Além disso o isolamento acústico para outros quartos tb era muito ruim.
