Location was great, parking was a bonus and the bed was comfortable! Good fit for a couple.

Strong musty odor and smell of sewer at times coming from the bathroom. The property was made aware and said they would check it out.

The location and apartment layout were great.

Although the washing machine supposedly also had a built-in dryer, it did not dry at all, so we had to use the provided clothes rack to dry everything. Fortunately, we were staying for several days and had time to do so although some items did not dry in time. One of the main reasons we rented this place because it had a clothes dryer. Also, the refrigerator was set much too cold. The kindly provided water in a glass bottle was frozen solid, and when I removed it from the refrigerator, it cracked upon thawing, shattering glass onto the floor in the kitchen. Lastly, communication with the host was quite poor. We didn’t get our login code until after we phoned him and that was following a message to which we didn’t get a reply. Near the end of our stay, we also messaged him and never heard back.

unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe mittels Box an der Tür, die Lage ist sehr vorteilhaft für die Erkundung der Altstadt, Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Parks, Shoppingcenter, Schwimmbad und Hafen sind zu Fuß erreichbar, Parkhaus mit Parkkarte nebenan ist sehr komfortabel, Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es werden zusätzlich Strandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt, mit dem Auto sind die Highlights der Insel sowie schöne Wanderwege, spektakuläre Strände und Aussichtspunkte schnell und gut erreichbar - Sao Miguel jederzeit wieder

Lüftung im fensterlosen Bad funktioniert nicht ausreichend, teilweise Geruchsentwicklung

Very comfortable apartment, fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was ideal and a nice view over the city.

The only thing we didn't like was the smell of drain (?) in the bathroom.

Localizacion

Pocos amenities para 4 personas. Llegamos y el tendedero roto, pedimos otro y no lo trajeron. . El sofá cama pequeño para dos niños. Sobre todo para estancias largas. Booking acepta reservas dos adultos y dos niños. Solo un split aire acondicionado en el salón. Si te toca semana de calor en la habitación de matrimonio se pasa calor. Calidad- Precio no razonable para 300e noche.
