The Little House, boutique home near the sea

Little House is perfect for couple days. It is so close to the seaside! Was unable to find a fan, maybe there is one as I did not look too hard. Otherwise was perfect.

Near the sea, about a 12 min walk, comfortable bed, tea and coffee pods were a nice touch, quiet close with a friendly neighbour, parking for two cars was good, including electric hook up (which we didn’t need but great to see), dog friendly.

It doesn’t state any outside space but I assumed (wrongly) that there would be a small yard (we have a dog), for us that was fine as we could walk him on the greens just near the house (there’s also a bridleway wall quite close), just meant you couldn’t simply open the door and let him out for a pee. Need to hoover under the bed…

The instructions were very clear making it really easy to get in. The house was clean, light and airy. It was in a good location with a short drive to both wittering beaches and local shops, amenities and restaurants.

With back issues, a slightly firmer bed would have been better for us but that is a personal preference and not necessarily a reflection of the property. An additional oven glove would have been useful.

Kitchen well equipped, property nice and clean. Plenty of hot water. Good location, close to co-op and seafront.

Only a winter duvet was provided, it was way too warm for the summer. The sofa bed was not very comfortable.

We had a wonderful time and so enjoyed the house......thanks so much.

Very clean and comfortable. Little gift on arrival. Emma mattress king-size was comfortable and good new cotton bedding. Pretty good shower. Contacted the host on arrival who was very helpful. Easy walk to beach and nice licenced cafe that also was popular in the evening (last orders for food mains at 6.30). We enjoyed our stay.

There is no garden at all.
