New Orleans RV Resort & Marina

Our stay in the villa was great. It was perfect distance from the French quarter. With traffic, our drive to the French quarter was about 18-20 minutes. It’s nice to be slightly separated from the noise and traffic of downtown. The bed was very comfortable and seeing the sun rise near the water every morning was awesome.

Was down there for the Super Bowl. Accommodations were excellent at a reasonable price! Bar and restaurant were also top notch. Nice having the shuttle to go down town.

I would NOT stay here again! The staff was very nice and the actual grounds of the resort was beautiful, but the room was so musty. The floors were sticky and damaged, smelly bathroom, AC issues, low water pressure in the shower, and hard doors to open. These rooms NEED a major upgrade and are very small. There's not a lot of space to move around. It was so congested in the room, it began to trigger my allergies. The room itself just had a dark feel. I didn't even unpack. You have to purchase WI-FI in order to use the "Smart TV." There's a main door to get to your room, which has another room adjacent. Apparently, you have to make sure you go to the correct room because your room key can open up the other room! I was ready to get the hell out of there and I did! I would not recommend this place.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to because of how pleasantly surprised I was with this property. We booked last minute for the Super Bowl and the first great thing was the price! That made us skeptical because it was so much cheaper Do you than everywhere else put we were hard press so we did it anyway. When we walked in the room, it was a sigh of relief! The room smelled like cleaning products which was a good sign for me. Not only did it smell good, but it also passed my cleaning inspection lol The staff were very nice and check-in ran smoothly. They even have someone escort you to your room. The property is clean with plenty of amenities. Lastly, you can’t beat the location. It was 15 minutes away from everything. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

It’s a safe and quite area.

The staff we encountered were kind and helpful but the flaws of the property couldn't be overcome by hospitality. After check-in one of us went to take a shower only to find that they wouldn't turn on. Other reviews noted low water pressure, but there was no water at all. When we were walking to test the other shower (which didn't turn on) there was a dead cockroach in the middle of the floor (the first of 3 cockroaches we found, the other 2 alive). We threw it in the toilet, which did not have enough water in the tank to flush. We informed the lobby staff about the showers and that we would be back later. When we returned the showers did turn on with low pressure, but enough to work. The fix was short-lived and for the rest of our stay we either had no water or a light drip that often stopped mid-shower and left us to use bottled water to rinse off. Throughout our stay the toilets did not get enough water to flush, even after we attempted using pots to take water from the sink to the tank. The sofa bed could not pull out leaving one of us to spend our stay sleeping on a recliner chair. That may have been a blessing since I'm not sure what we would have found in the bed (other than the garbage underneath the cushions) on top of the mattress that could not pull out. Overall it was a disappointing stay with Seabrook Villa and not something we'd recommend, but if a lack of modern plumbing and cockroach visitors aren't dealbreakers then you're in luck.

Stayed for 5 nights and wasn’t a very pleasant experience. There wasn’t any water pressure in the shower, had to change rooms and the water pressure in the next room wasn’t much better. The property was aware of the ongoing issue however neglected to post anything about it. Someone walked in on me at night while I was sleeping that had access to the room but actually assigned to a different room. The cable TV worked only one third of the time. I ate at the restaurant one night during my stay and received the wrong order and it was not busy. On a positive note, the staff and maintenance crew were friendly.

We had a unique experience, we were placed in three separate rooms after checking in on our first night of our 2 night stay, due to water issues happening in multiple rooms. Upon Check in, since it was after hours for the regular office staff, a maintenance/security person checked us in, and actually treated us very poorly and made rude comments when we had asked questions, once he showed us to our first room, he had almost scarily flipped script on his personality and seemed happy to ensure we were able to scan our key and make it into the villa, but as soon as we found that our water was not working in our room, unable to flush toilet, use sink, etc he was unreachable, refused to respond to phone calls from myself and my husband, and we ultimately had to contact the restaurant on the property to get assistance with the water situation we were dealing with. The maintenance staff never returned our calls and we thought the way it was mishandled was quite rude.

There was no soap, only one toilet paper, Bed felt broken, to watch the TV you had to get WYFY and if you did not it was hard to get free TV. We were there a week and never got clean towels. The floors were soft in every room. Felt like if we would step hard, we would fall though. The deck was nice, the restaurant was nice, and prices were fair, and food was good. Liked the movie on hurricanes In New Orleans. We do live in a marina back home and love staying in marinas but unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

We had poor water pressure in shower. Toilet tank needed fixing. No overnight help had to wait for next day had no working toilet overnight. Even after we reported the poor shower pressure daily it got fixed on our 4th day. I wouldn’t stay at SEABROOK villa again. They should refund us our money. Would have found another place but everything booked because of football
