Staff are available on site and through call/text but you can also go your whole stay without interacting with them if thats what you prefer. Shared kitchen/dining was nice and clean, easy access to building and room with a keycode so you don't have to worry about losing a room key. Very relaxing stay

You would think that booking a hotel nearly 5 months out and planing a trip around the booking would be secure. But it turns out that booking a room here means literally nothing. We were told 3 months later that they were overbooked and we were kicked out. Beware--your reservation means nothing.

Terrible! No way to connect streaming service in your room, you have to go to the common area. No help from front desk, bc there was no front desk. It’s 15 degrees outside and they cap the heat at 76 degrees. Very cold in the room. No pool, the gym is trash, and no complementary breakfast. Paying $329 for a room with no streaming connection, no room service and no breakfast, total rip off. I will never come here again, and will encourage others to do their research before coming here. I’ll also leave a google review as well. This hotel is trash

Cool atmosphere. Spacious room. Very clean and new.

Booked and paid for reservation three months before visit. Night before stay, they couldn’t find the reservation and took multiple phone calls to straighten out, even when giving them the confirmation number. No valet parking available due to construction. Not sure why because we could park ourselves across the street. Water in bathroom ran opposite…took multiple attempts to get hot water in the shower and had to brush teeth in hot water at the sink. Street level room was loud. Would not stay again when better amenities are available close by.
