Hol Chan Reef Resort & Villas

Our family of 8 had a great stay here. We were all impressed with how nice it was. It was great having the pool right out side and also the ability to walk right out to the ocean. Sandra was the absolute best and was so helpful in getting us our taxi to and from the water taxi, and helping us get a golf cart rental. Highly recommend staying here. It is a bit south of the actual town, but we didn't mind that. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to get groceries and fix most of our meals. We went into town as needed and were able to enjoy our vacation! There were quite a few restaurants near by that were delicious.

This resort and the staff are incredible!! We had an absolutely amazing experience here!! We traveled with our 3 younger children here and they were so accommodating…from helping us plan out what we wanted to do, helping with those arrangements, and to helping with anything we possibly needed…Sandra is absolutely incredible!! She is there at your arrival and departure and anytime you need her!! We planned a wedding/vow renewal at the resort and honestly Sandra went above and beyond to help make it a perfect day!!! I can’t thank Sandra and Hol Chan enough!! They helped make memories we will have the rest of our lives!!! We couldn’t have asked for more!! And we will definitely be returning as soon as we can!!! Besides they feel more like friends now than just staff!

We frequent Ambergris Caye often and like to hop around. I brought my wife, my two boys, and three of their friends this time so we needed a BIG place. Unit 1E was exactly what we were looking for. It's a good ride from town, but my boys wanted a "chill" place to unwind after another semester of college. You will need a golf cart so you can get the taste of San Pedro and the vibe of the island, but it was another great stay on AC.

I love the location of the property. The staff are amazing and easily accessible. They ensured that I had everything I needed for my trip and kept open communication throughout. I would love to visit again

What an amazing property! My husband and 2 friends stayed in 4A and it did not disappoint. Beautiful views. Quiet neighborhood. Sandra was great. If there was anything we needed all we had to do was ask. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would definitely we recommend staying here if you want a week of relaxation.

The location we stayed at was just condos no restaurant. The staff was very friendly and I can’t say enough about Sandra. She is an excellent resource and truly helped us out with booking excursions and taking care of our travel to and from the airport. She was very quick to get back to me anytime I had a question.

This has nothing to do with the hotel. The roads could use some patching got a little bumpy.

There was not a restaurant on site, but I will say all the staff on site. We’re extremely helpful, especially Sandra. She answered all of her questions in a very timely manner and assisted us with booking small excursions and taking care of Travel arrangements to and from the airport.

I had the wonderful opportunity to visit San Pedro, Belize and stay at the Hol Chan Reef Resort and Villas. I was not completely prepared for the extra flight from the main airport to the island however Sandra Gutierrez and her team took care of all my needs and made us feel at home. They had our golf cart waiting and even a local phone to use while we were there. The team was always accessible and took care of all our needs, not to mention the 3 bedroom condo was magnificent.

The villa that we stayed in was suitable. It was clean and well-equipped. The location was a bit away from everything. With the golf cart, that meant a 20-minute drive to town and over 60 minutes to Secret Beach (really the only good beach). Word of advice: upon check-out, ensure you are present for the departure inspection and that you finalize and get your security deposit refunded.
