In my 20 years of travel experience, the service at JW Marriott Guadalajara stands out as one of the best in Mexico. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. The Sunday breakfast was a highlight, featuring traditional Mexican dishes like Tortas Ahogadas and Pozole—prepared fresh, with minimal fat, and of excellent quality. A perfect way to enjoy local cuisine in a refined and health-conscious way. The fitness center is top-notch, equipped with some of the best machines I’ve seen, and offers an unbeatable panoramic view. The hotel’s central location, just steps away from the beautiful Midtown shopping center full of restaurants and boutiques, made everything incredibly convenient. We also loved the heated pool with its amazing view—our whole family enjoyed it. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back!

Hotel was very clean with nice rooms! It is nicely located and there are many restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was really good and the staff was attentive and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next time we are here on business.
