Excellent hotel, wonderful amenities, clean and amazing service. The executive lounge is the best I've been to and Jose is the best. Workout room is great as well. Definitely will be coming back.

Don't rely on them for your business meeting, unless you want to look for another place 2 HOURS before your event. I made a reservation at their restaurante, Agave, for 8 people on june 26th for the 29th. On the 29th, 2 hours before the reservation they call me telling that the restaurant will be CLOSED at that time. I made the reservation on OpenTable and they blamed OpenTable's system for this error. However, I still blame them for calling me last minute, when there's nothing I can do, to tell me this. They had 3 whole days to let me know. They said they had been having a problem with OpenTable letting people make reservations on Sunday afternoons. So I was even more confused because if they already knew they had this problem, they should've been paying attention to warn clients and they should've done something about this issue. Oh, the cherry on top? They had no problem waiting 3 days to cancel my reservation, but they were so quick to cancel it on OpenTable so that I couldn't leave a bad review in the app. They ruined my meeting, they didn't care, I was left with 2 hours to look for another place, call/message all my guests, quick shower, quick make up, rush to the place... I wasn't in my best headspace during the meeting... they completely ruined it for me. Don't let them do the same to you. And I know that just because this happened to me, it doesn't mean it'll happen to you, but in a place with so many nice(r) options such as Guadalajara, just why risk it?
