Exceptional from top to bottom. I had a fantastic stay with true 5 star experience. Daniel, Pool Concierge, made the entire trip with his kind, attentive, and intuitive service. He even coordinated a small gift for us and a photo we will cherish. I also wanted to shoutout Veralucia and Jenni from Concierge, David from the sushi restaurant, Rafael from Autor, Rafael from the pool bar, Fani from breakfast, and Alexis from the front desk. Thank you all for an incredible stay.

I had a wonderful experience working out with Carlos! He instructed me in Pilates and Cardio Step. He was attentive to my abilities and areas I needed to improve in. Do not miss working out with Carlos!

Service was top notch. All workers were kind and efficient. Everyone encountered us with a buenos dias or buenos trades. Pools were great. Beach was pretty. Grounds are well kept. Restaurants were well done. My only complaint is the constant, annoying, electronic music that is piped in everywhere. It would have been much more pleasant to have Mexican music.

Beautiful property with a few major flaws. After a wonderful day in Tulum we wanted to relax and watch a movie in our room. We had an upgraded Ceiba suite. There are NO smart TV's in the entire resort. You cannot watch your own Netflix or any other streaming app on the nice new TV. Also there is no PPV to watch a movie! The ONLY option is to watch spanish language movies on the local cable service. How can this be???? This is a high-end luxury property that is only 1 year old and they have no current technology in your room?????? We were told we could watch on our own laptop but sadly we don't own one and were left to stream on our tiny screens of our tablet mini. Secondly, the restaurants were subpar quality food. The service was excellent but we ate at the Mediterranean option twice and the Japanese once and were very unimpressed with the food.

We had a great family vacation at the Conrad!The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our kids (ages 4 & 7) absolutely loved the kids club. They begged to go every day. Ruth and Mariana were amazing and so great with the kids!

We had a great experience at the Conrad Tulum on the Riviera Maya. Overall, the wonderfully designed property, warm, welcoming staff, and pleasing food options led to a memorable and relaxing vacation. Some key positives: - The resort is sprawling, in a good way, with lots of local flora (and occasional fauna), a nice usable beach, and well-thought out furniture and architectural features - The staff were always very friendly and accommodating - special thanks to Yessenia at Ultra Mar pool bar, Carlos at morning beachside Yoga/Pilates and Gustavo at Arbolea patio breakfast (free for two each day per room thanks to HHonors diamond status) - We had a tropical view room, which we thought would be less than the ocean view, but actually provided some nice privacy and views of the jungle (bonus points for being in Casa 2 near the main areas) - Housekeeping did a great job, with small touches like organizing items on the sink and wrapping charging cords with complimentary Conrad cable wraps - The Conrad spa was very relaxing and worth the splurge (though discounts given during the week); the area was nicely designed and massages were on point - Food and beverage options gave good variety with our favorites being Maratea and Autor Some small opportunities: - The coffee shop lacked some variety, especially in flavors, where either only simple syrup or vanilla were available each day - There was some evening musical entertainment, which was nice, but additional options during the day to engage more with local culture and other guests would have been nice - The leaf blowers were going each AM by 7:30, which interrupted outside yoga, alongside the many mosquitoes (don’t forget the bug spray!) - Some areas were slippery or not well lit at night, leading to some close calls on tripping Overall, we would return to this hotel in a heartbeat for a relaxing Mexican getaway!

Our stay was short but absolutely incredible. We stayed in the Fifth Hotel section, and the room was huge, comfortable, cool, and simply amazing. The staff could not have been more welcoming. The property itself is massive—you can get your steps in or take advantage of private golf carts that are ready whenever you need them. It felt secluded and peaceful, and even though many guests were there, it never once felt crowded. There were endless restaurant and pool options, making it easy to find exactly what we wanted. The Mediterranean dinner at night was the highlight of our trip, and the breakfast buffet every morning was truly unmatched. I’d highly recommend this resort for any couple looking for a relaxing getaway. It’s bittersweet to be home, but we’ll always remember this little slice of paradise!!!!!!

From the moment we arrived at the Conrad Tulum, we felt like family. What made this trip unforgettable wasn’t just the stunning location or beautiful resort — it was the incredible team that made every moment seamless, safe, and special, especially for our child with a celiac allergy. Traveling with celiac is never easy — it’s a constant worry. But here, we had zero issues. Every single meal, whether at a restaurant or poolside, was handled with the utmost care. Chef Miguel, Chef Dante, and Chef Mario and the amazing kitchen staff made sure our child’s food was 100% gluten-free and delicious. They even checked in on us daily. That kind of personal attention gave us peace of mind we rarely get while traveling. Special shout-outs to: Marco, the manager — attentive, warm, and clearly leads by example. Chef Mario— always present and proactive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Jorge at the pool bar & Jorge the server — both were friendly, professional, and fun! David & Rodrigo, our servers — so kind and always made sure our needs were met. Carlos at the gym — this guy is next level! His workouts are unreal and a highlight of the trip. It’s rare to leave a resort feeling like you’re saying goodbye to friends — but that’s exactly how we felt. To every member of the team who took such good care of our family: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You’ve set the bar incredibly high. We’ll be back — no question.

This was a perfect family vacation. We were secluded in luxury from the staff, product, amenities, and restaurants. All our needs were met and we never had to leave the resort. The kids club along with the pools/cabanas kept the kids entertained all day long.
