Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya

This place is pure magic! Breathtaking lush gardens surround the property & the people working here provide the MOST amazing customer service - we were so impressed with how the staff is over the top accommodating! We especially enjoyed Andres at the Carbon restaurant, tucked away on this beautiful little path in what we called the secret swimming pool area. Andres was above and beyond one of the best parts of the Conrad Hotel experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & highly recommend!

We love the kids club! Ruth and Mariana took care of our children when we were at our business event! My kids love them so much and look forward to kids club every day!

The design of this resort is spectacular. Absolutely stunning with nice local touches on top of modernity. As a Hilton Diamond member, I was happy to receive a complimentary upgrade to room facing the sea. Gorgeous. Love the 2-way mirror concept for the shower, to enjoy the view. I was also pleased to receive a Tulum-based bottle of red wine, which I enjoyed immensely, plus a welcome snack. There is some room for improvement. The service from the staff at the breakfast restaurant and at the lunch seafood restaurant were quite slow, like on island time. The service from my waiter at the Michelin-reviewed Mexican dinner restaurant was awkward and nervous. Despite my AMEX FHR booking, it took at least 2 hours after I arrived for them to prepare a room for my check-in, and then there was some confusion about my room number. I requested a taxi, but was not told the amount of the fare in advance, so was surprised at what seemed to be a usurious rate. The balcony plunge pool takes a million years to fill up. But overall, I very much enjoyed my brief stay. Hope to return in the future.

Zeer prijzig ter plaatse, een fles huiswijn is al direct 120euro... Daarnaast worden er veel feesten gehouden, waardoor er delen afgesloten worden, alsook de dag na een feest dat zwembad zeer vuil kan zijn. Zwembaden hebben vaak losse tegels, waardoor er gevaarlijke scherpe randen zijn. Daarnaast ook tot 3x toe door een fout in hun systeem plots geen krediet meer op de kamer. Waardoor ze je achterna moeten rennen met de rekening om direct af te rekenen.

The facility was amazing! Clean, spacious, accomodating. Carlos was great! Brought me water and a towel mid run. Highly recommend.

Great start to the day at Conrad in Tulum with Yoga viniasah. The class was run by Carlos and he was great. Speaking multiple languages and helping up through the exercises.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Conrad. We had a wonderful Fitball Workout with Carlos! He was excellente! The music was perfecto.

The service at the hotel was pretty dismal. First night my wife ordered beef tacos via room service. Very very poor quality, especially the meat. Next day My wife sat at the beach with no one at all offering her water or drinks for hours. The food she had a the beach bar was inedible. I was at a conference that took the whole hotel so only two restaurants were open which was understandable. Went to one on the last night and the food was expensive and poor quality. And finally the beach itself is a 3 on a 1-10 scale. Big pool but not much character. On the plus side, the room was nice and the massage itself at the Spa with Guadalupe was great even though quite pricey.

I just returned from an incredible stay at the Conrad! The room was stunning and easily accommodated myself and three friends. We appreciated all of the pools and servers who were always available to assist with anything we needed. The incredible breakfast buffet was only outdone by our daily server, Tania! Tania made our mornings incredibly special with her attentive service and daily conversation! She even made our final morning special by adding a personalized card and special table setting for us! She is an incredible asset to the Conrad, which already has the best staff around!
