Carlos is the best and we had a wonderful workout! What a great way to start the day! He was very fun and accommodating for my wife and me and we will be back!

Carlos was our instructor! He was great and really pushed us during our power Pilates session!! He was really good!! :))

Pilates was such a fun class to do, Carlos was so encouraging and he really challenged us!! He was polite, the music was nice, and really let us have a fun time while also getting a good workout in!

Wonderful experience, the gym is amazing especially the trainer Carlos, who teaches all classes, from yoga to HIITS classes. He is very knowledgeable and supportive.

I had such a good pilates session with Carlos. It was relaxing and a great way to start off my day. Every step was explained in detail and it was easy to follow along. I loved it !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Conrad Tulum. The design of the property is absolutely beautiful and staff were friendly. Be sure to start your day with sunrise yoga with Denissa. I was be to breathe in the sun and sea and exhale at least some frustration with my pout pout fish teen who is trying to figure who he is…also make sure you check out Autor—they take food seriously and the service (we were fortunate to have Manguel serving us) was great. The price is similar to fine dining in the U.S. but the service feels much kore genuine and relaxing. I plan to be back next winter.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is super nice. 5/5 for those 2 things. However, we stayed Nov 11-22 and during this time BOTH my husband and I got food poisoning several times. I got sick 4 times and he got sick 6 times (different days) and we are leaving with him sick. We ate buffet style and we ordered room service several times. It is no fun spending half your holiday in the bathroom. They need to figure out how to stop cross contamination in their kitchen or wash with clean water. For me, I might get food poisoning one time a year or one time every 2 years and to have it 4 different times during these days was not fun.

Carlos provided a very relaxing yoga experience with good stretch. I appreciated his attentiveness to correct form when necessary. The gym is nice. The resort is absolutely amazing. The service is incredible. Very Zen experience I will definitely return.
