Carlos was wonder we loved every minute of the Pilates and he is so nice ☺️ I will definitely go again it and I recommend the hotel so much!

Mat Pilates with Carlos was excellent. It was a good challenge. But friendly for all levels He is very patient and a great instructor.

I attended the pilates class with Carlos. It was exhilarating. It was exactly what I needed to jumpstart my day. I wish this class was available every morning!

Fitness classes were great! Carlos had great breath work and Pilates exercises for us to do during the class. Additionally, he made corrections which helped to make sure the position were correct.

This hotel was absolutely STUNNING and the service was top notch! From arrival to departure and all the experiences in between, the staff was highly attentive, kind, and friendly. Specifically Daniel who worked pool area was excellent! He provided great recommendations on food/drinks and made my day at the cabana fantastic! I've already planned my next trip back in February!

We loved our HIIT workout with Carlos! He was great and gave us a great vacation workout! Now we won’t feel as bad about all the poolside pina coladas later!

I recently stayed at the Conrad hotel with my family and I had a great experience. The entire stay was wonderful and what stood out the most was the experience at the Kids Club. The staff was incredible. Mariana, Ruth, Emma, Denise and Jose were very warm, attentive and they took great care of my 5-year old son. Also, the activities were very fun and creative. Every morning, my son was very excited to go to Kids club and find out what activities were planned.

All the teachers were very warm, attentive, and took very good care of my 5-year old son. Each morning, he was very excited to go to the kids club and find out what new activities they had. The activities were not only fun but also very creative, which kept him engaged throughout our stay. First of all my wife and I came to the Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya for the second time. We met some of the staff 18 months ago. When we saw them again they remembered us and gave us the royal treatment, the treatment that Hilton properties are known for worldwide. I would like to say thank you to Tania at Arbolea, Caleb at Kenyan, David at Ukai and Jesus at Chiringuitos. These four made us feel like we were in their house and not waiting on us. Also the Conrad Spa Tulum is by far the best 3 to 4 hours of your life . From the moment you walk in to the Hydro Therapy to the 80 minute couples massage. We are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you to all of the management and staff for having a tremendous team.
