"Excellent hotel and staff."

Excellent hotel. Loved the buffet restaurant which had a wide selection of dishes and good quality. Service throughout was really good: professional, helpful and friendly. We really liked our room the no kids aspect and the general quiet and space we had in the Royal Level.

"Very relaxed"

Royal Level gives you an immediate "homey" feeling. Reception welcoming.Rooms are comfortable and clean. The buffet is a good 4* , but relaxed and with a lot of personal service. Same goes for breakfast and lunch. Exclusive pool area never crowded, never a "battle for loungers. As you can use all facilities of nextdoor Barceló Margaritas you can change buffets and bars as you like. All inclusive good quality, all drinks are a-brands. No sign of abuse or people already drunk in the morning.... Fabulous place

Das Personal war wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück war sehr sehr gut.

Die 2 zusammengerückten Betten in meiner Suite waren leider alles andere als bequem bzw. dem Standard einer Suite nicht entsprechend. Sie quietschten bei jeder Bewegung. Man hatte den Eindruck hier die billigsten Betten verwendet zu haben. Ich hätte mir ein schönes Boxspringbett gewünscht.

Персонал в ресторанах груб, невнимательный. Так же у бассейна грязно, и долгое обслуживание. Нет музыки, они говорят о релаксе, при этом бассейн у дороги и слышен гул машин, или вечное громыхание тарелок из ресторана

"Not Royal at all"

Well I’ve returned to this hotel few times now as I am loyal customer to Barcelo Group Hotel. I am Unique member. All I have to say Barcelo Margaritas is going downhill regarding food, customer service and overall experience. We have stayed for 9 days and first few days food was ok but after 3 days you could see they have started to use leftovers and some food wasn’t fresh as you expected to be. I do understand the food waste. But they used leftovers in wrong ways. Food was bland and not tasty at all so anyway this will end up in bin. Another really bad aspect is the birds problem. Pigeons where flying over the tables walking on cutlery’s we even noticed when they were preparing dinner birds were eating cakes and staff wasn’t really interested to scare them out. So imagine all the germs they have they transfer straight to the food. App is ok however App with pool service is just ridiculous. You order drinks and we were waiting 40 minutes for two Aperol Spritz. I went to bar and asked them why we haven’t received drinks they said the App is not working. I think it was lie because all staff wasn’t next to bar and had laugh. They have also problem with drainage. You can smell the stench of eggy smell on corridors and also rooms we had room where there was unbelievably strong smell
