Aloft by Marriott Oklahoma City Quail Springs

They were nice. The rooms are very modern. The shower is beautiful.

Annoying kids playing pool and yelling at guests walking through the lobby.

The staff was rude. In fact, they charged me for an extra day and refused to allow me to stay there. I was literally put out on the street. I do not recommend staying at this aloft.

Great hotel with a great staff. Very clean and comfortable. The bar is limited but it all met our needs for the 2 nights we needed a good place to stay.

A little off the beaten path but still close to most good restaurants and entertainment. I would stay here again. Our room was next to a huge vent that sounded like a vacuum cleaner. But didn't really hear it inside the room as much. Some of the halls were dark.

The location was good.

The Staff was not very friendly, on the contrary, kind of rude; they gave us 2 dirty rooms, and then finally the 3rd was ok. The shower didn't work very well, half of the water was coming from the shower and the other half from the spout, so it was very hard and inconvenient to shower. The tv at my parents room didnt work. We asked them to clean our room, but they didn't. Very disappointed for being a Marriott brand hotel...
