Orchard Point

一）對我們的查詢反應冷淡，甚至沒有回覆。二）取門匙程序指示不清晰及複雜。三）網頁內表示有車位提供，卻與事實不符，要自己找車位，而每晚找車位都非常困難，更不知何故被票控，現正處理中。四）屋苑門外衛生情況惡劣，滿地垃圾。五）店內熱水煲非常骯髒，不能使用。六）餐凳與餐枱高度不相稱， 餐凳高度高得離譜，進食時不舒適，很辛苦

The location was perfect, the flat was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. Conveniently, there was a parking space right outside. Jade was quick to react to any questions we had.

It was ground floor and opposite a cocktail bar which meant it could be a little noisy at times. It also meant that we couldn't open any windows as the flat is on street level. The pots and pans were not in the best condition and there was no frying pan. There was no tea towel or dishcloth on arrival, but this was rectified the following day.

Parking. The allocated space is not big enough for a large car and people park on the road at night and block the space so u cannot get your car in or out of it

The accommodation was clean, tidy and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was great having a washing machine in the kitchen, although we didn't need to use it. The apartment was centrally located. We met Jade the apartment Manager and she was lovely and so very helpful. We would stay here again.

It was noisy outside early hours of the morning with people talking and shouting. It seemed to be coming from the street.

Very nice apartment in a very central location. It has everything you need. If you go with small kids it's perfect because it's in the ground floor, pretty quiet at night and there is enough space to play inside.

The bed could have been bigger, but it's ok.

I planned on staying for 3 nights, but ended up leaving earlier because there was no hot water and heating throughout my period staying there. This was most uncomfortable
