Intown Suites Extended Stay Warner Robins

This hotel canceled my reservation last minute.

Answering the phone and canceling the reservation after a ten minute delay.

The location was optimal as I was within walking distance to many shopping facilities.

Property staff was inconsistent. Communication was horrible. My room was dirty and dusty. I seemed to have been charged for an extra nights stay when my receipt had me listed to check out on the 21st. Cleaning ladies were unavailable for over a week and manager said he was short staffed room didn’t meet my expectations at all. There were bugs and roaches. The bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress was too sunk in.

Canceled with then desk and still charged a no show fee and still fighting to get the charge back

Place was quiet and clean for the most part . The WiFi was terrible and I had to wash my sheets and towels myself . Other then that it was decent for the stay
