Intown Suites Extended Stay Warner Robins

I cant believe this place. At first glance I believed this was going to be another great business trip. This was by far one of the worse hotels ever. We I entered my room I paid almost 500 for the first thing I noticed were the filthy rugs throughout the room. I go to close the curtains and the windows were filthy with dead bugs. The tv was advertised bigger but also had white dots all over the screen. The tub had mold around it and I believe ticks were biting me. They advertised not animals but looking at the nasty rugs I know that's not true. Plus a guy told me if I wanted to bring a animal I could complain to manager and he'd give me a form to fill out like he did for his cat. I was not interested in that. I noticed cats all over outside and in windows. I saw racoons. Dogs were all over and aggressive which leads to purpose of this review. When I was out one day I pit bull growled and showed his teeth to me and I was afraid. One morning I was leaving the hotel and saw the same dog attacking a very big man and his poodle the man and the dog were bloody and the Pitt wouldn't let go of the poodles tail. This was the most aweful thing I've ever experienced at a hotel and will never stay there again. I was advised not to review until I leave because the manager will find a reason to keep my deposit or kick me out. Smh. I pray the man and dog are ok. I'm out!!!

Front Desk clerk was extremely rude and irritable. He had no concern for anyone staying in the hotel. I highly DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Extremely disappointed on how quickly this property turned from 'adequate' to nightmare. Reserved for a month for a 'traditional' room several days before. Showed up at the property to check in and was told my room was not available and only 'premium' rooms were available and I need to pay hundreds more to keep my reservation. I should have walked away then but it was already mid-evening after a long day of travel. I was offered the 'premium' room without the price increase after inquiring about how reservations worked and not wanting to pay more because my reserved room wasn't available at no fault to myself. The room at first appearance was basic and had all of the necessities. That is where things started to turn as the room started being used. Construction noise, which the manager denied was going on, was very audible through my headphones. There are construction materials piled up by the front office... Cleanliness: - Broken & missing TP holder in bathroom - Broken shelf in the 'closet' near entry - Near-broken desk (left leg is VERY loose) - Food remnants under bed and other areas of unit - Human hair all over the bathroom to include adhered to the wall, in the cabinets under the sink, and elsewhere in the unit - Both carpets were stained, one with a red substance that I am hoping is not blood - Killed three cockroaches in just as many hours of being in the room Safe: - Door clearly was not opening/shooting smoothly; it is very clear someone at some point took a crowbar to the door as the door jam area is very damaged - Lock strike plate is loose and one screw is missing - Multiple people on the ground floor smoking and drinking in the parking lot To add to this frustration was there was never indication that the unit above me was undergoing construction/renovation work. The audible hammering and drilling was present despite wearing noise-canceling headphones

Didn't really like anything about InTown Suites in Warner Robins Ga.

Management was rude and argumentative. I stayed there for 4 weeks and my room was only visited once by housekeeping. I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies. Internet was almost non-existent, but yet you're charged a daily IT rate. There are no data ports in the room, leaving you to rely on the 2.4ghz wifi which isn't secure even though you're required to have a password issued by InTown... Will never waste my time or money there again.... Neither should you

Its a half way house at best. Dirty and dangerous. Left early due to attempted vehicle break in. Really really bad and have stayed in some dumps before. Be advised. Dangerous loud dirty run down. Does not deserve one star. If you’re just out of jail or an addict you’ll be good otherwise go far away and go fast.
