This be honest my neighbors from upstairs with there kids let making loud noise all kinda nights running and etc the once next to be as well wish was so comfortable .no house keeper wvw cane to my room since my start, I push trash outside of my door me thinking they will come and throw it out when I got back in my room I found the trash back in my room right beside the door

The room had a brand new fridge and microwave. But the kitchen area was dirty, they have a stove but provided zero dishes or pans. The towels they give you are brand new but small and linty. The bathroom door was broken and never closed. There is no housekeeping and no hair dryer. The beds were doubles- not queens. Very small for the 4 of us. There was limited furniture- the beds, two tiny nightstands, and a single table. There was no hangers in the closet. And the office hours were super limited 11-7. They were nice people but you definitely get what you pay for.

The parking

Bugs, toilet and sink both had plumbing issues. After I checked out they tried charging me 500$ claiming I broke the TV. Found out afterwards there was nothing wrong with the TV, it was simply bad cable connection. So they threw away a good TV and tried charging me for it.

Room was clean. Convenient location as well. I really like the fact that they have a guest laundry room on site, so you don't have to drive anywhere to wash clothes. I would definitely give six stars if possible

Location and parking was good

Some of the team members were not very customer oriented and were difficult to deal with, some other ones were perfect. Matter of luck who you had to deal with. Other guests are noisy and disrespectful not abiding to the hotel rules, but since there was nobody after 7pm, I had to deal with it.

I made reservations week before I went to the motel and when I arrived there I didn’t find room ,the front desk said come next day and maybe will give another room
