The Alest Hotel

Arquitetura, decoração de muito bom gosto. Muito conforto e extremamente bem localizado.

Não tem nada que me deixou extremamente insatisfeito. Mas os amenities, bebidas e snacks que eram supostamente para serem repostos todos os dias, não foram. Outro ponto é o menu muito limitado para o café da manhã incluso na diária. Pelo preço da diária, acho que o hóspede merecia mais variedade. Sem contar que o simples fato de se limitar o hóspede gera uma sensação de não privilégio, que não está coerente com a experiência de hotel boutique.

Very welcoming hotel with staff to match. Friendly, helpful and attentive both on reception and in the restaurant for breakfast. English speaking staff too! Bedrooms were extremely comfortable with quality beauty products which kept being replaced. Plenty of free bottled water which is very necessary in Mexico. All in all an excellent hotel. Only downside for us was that the area at the end of the street was very commercial and busy. If you are looking for somewhere more “Mexican” then look further afield! Would definitely recommend.

Location, room comfort, ammenities, staff ... all perfect! Shops and malls nearby. Safe neighbourhood. Also breakfast is delicious.

Sehr schönes Hotel.

Die Baustelle nebenan war laut. Wir hatten das Zimmer neben dem Lift. Die Gespräche im Gang (auch Personal am frühen morgen) waren ziemlich laut.

We loved the luxurious amenities and accommodating staff! Everything was amazing!

The location

No one told me it was construcción going on! 6:30 am it was people working and making a lot of noise. I went to relax and it was horrible

We had a terrific stay at Alest and absolutely recommend it. The location is superb. We were also touched by the careful attention to small details that made our stay comfortable. The concierge, Apolo was very helpful and courteous.
