The property is in a perfect location, beautifully maintained and exceptionally styled. So welcoming and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are top notch; rooms and common areas are spacious and cozy. Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast service was absolutely amazing, thanks especially to Maribel, who went above and beyond every morning with her warm attitude and attention to detail. The front desk staff were equally impressive—friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Our room was incredibly spacious and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the electric converters available in the reception and the Dyson styler, which was such a convenient and luxurious addition. Overall, an exceptional experience from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place for breakfast! The omelettes were simply delicious, and the service was amazing. Maribel was our server, and through her recommendations and attention she made sure we had a great meal. Definitely worth the visit!

Beautiful hotel, every little detail is exquisite and tasteful, high end while also really cozy. My teenage kids were especially impressed by the Dyson hairdryer 😉, nice touch. Staff is attentive and nice, and the location is great in the nice Polanco neighborhood with both shopping and restaurants at walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice service from the staff serving breakfast and flat white. Keep on going maribel and Roberto and others working and servicing in the kitchen

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Carlos the barman looked after us every evening and cocktails were great. Breakfasts were very good and nice gesture having complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. The bathroom was fantastic and loved the Le Labo toiletries. Very comfortable bed.

Our room was on the first floor and quite close to the bar area downstairs. One night it was very noisy. The room didn’t really have any natural light so felt dark.

A lovely boutique hotel in the Polanco neighborhood. Great location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very safe. Hotel is well appointed and rooms are comfortable and clean. The included breakfast offers good choices and all were delicious. The staff are all friendly and helpful. After 5 nights we felt like family. All our needs were met including assistance with transportation and reservations. Great place to stay!
