The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin

This hotel is excellent. Although it’s not cheap, it’s well worth the price. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The pillows were very high and uncomfortable for me, so I ended up using a large towel as a pillow for the night. The next day, the staff proactively provided us with lower pillows. It was incredibly thoughtful. This really shows that their service is truly first-class.

The service is excellent and we enjoyed the two days stay greatly. The hotel always cares about your requests, I put notes when I booked two rooms, finally my family, especially my daughter, are 100% satisfied. Rooms are comfortable with nice view, breakfast is tasty, location is convenient to major attractions. My daughter asked to come again next time when checking out. Highly recommended hotel, best in Harbin in my opinion.

We had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin during our September trip—so much so that we stayed there twice! The hotel’s location is perfect—peaceful, right by the park and Songhua River, yet close to everything in the city. Our suite on the second visit was stunning, with incredible views and thoughtful design. I visited the spa every day and loved the hot Jacuzzi with built-in loungers overlooking the river—pure relaxation. The real highlight, though, was the staff. Everyone was so genuine and attentive. A special thanks to Rohit, who went out of his way to help us plan a tiger park visit and even escorted us to a nearby bank. We also appreciated GM Ksenia Novikova for personally welcoming us, and the wonderful team members—Kim at breakfast, Aurora downstairs, Dean at the front desk, the spa ladies, and the housekeeping team who somehow anticipated our needs. This was easily the best Ritz-Carlton experience we’ve ever had (and my husband’s been a guest since the 1980s!). We’d gladly detour through Harbin again just to stay here. Elina and James

No EV charger … I would expect this in such hotel. So I needed to drive to a different location to find somwhere to charge.
