İt was a great experience The Hotel was excellent food,room and all services were perfect.Cleaning was very good.Many thanks to the whole kind staff.İf I have the opportunity I wanna come back again.The rooms are large. Especially automatic toilets are a great luxury :)

This hotel is great 1. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Songhua River 2. The room is spacious and beautiful, and the bed is very comfortable 3. The service was very good, especially Rohit. He was handsome and nice, and helped me with my luggage

This is my first time to travel in Harbin. The location of the Ritz-Carlton hotel is excellent, just a 5-6 minute walk to the subway station. It’s a luxury hotel, and the room, facilities and public area both are very new and clean. I would like to appreciate the excellent service delivered by the Club Floor Manager Ms. Echo Zou. She is professional, sincere and helpful. I am deeply impressed by her dedication and attitude towards guests and enjoyed a great stay in Ritz-Carlton Hotel Harbin. Besides I also wanted to thank you the staffs working on the club floor, Lucky..Cinderella..Bailey.. Lisa..Nora..Lily..David..Kristen, they both are friendly and helpful. During check-in, Rachel at the front desk warmly welcomed me and efficient. Ms. Zheng Yong Feng, the room attendant did a great job tidying up my room. It was a very memorable stay experience. Thumbs up and will definitely choose to stay at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel if I come to Harbin again!

The room was spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable and the view panoramic. The staff were excellent.

Unfortunately we had two separate issues with the food, where the plates should never have left the kitchen, which is not what we expect from the Ritz, and it let down the rest of the team. However, our complaints were escalated to senior management and dealt with professionally and with sincere apologies.

Ritz Carlton Harbin represents the average (maybe lower ) standard of Ritz’s service The decoration inside has a local style and the location is pretty good U can have a great view of the Songhua Lake and the ice and snow wonderland Food sucks. Doorman ignore me for many times…… Of course the price is pretty cheap
