I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The industrial look gave it a unique charm, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The host was quick to respond to any questions. There’s an amazing restaurant right across the street with the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had. The location is unbeatable, with a short walk to the casino, Canal, and Bourbon Street. Highly recommend!

The rental unit was not very clean at all. Badly Stained/soiled furniture including bed, old toilet seats, dirty floors.

I was booked to a room that was not ready, meaning it was being used as a storage room for the hotel. Full of trash and supplies. Was forced to find elsewhere to stay at the very last minute. What a horrible way to start a girls trip that has been anticipated for all year. Hotel also would not make any other accommodations to suit my group even though it was their mess up.

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at in New Orleans! Love how big the property is and extremely nice! It was very comfortable for the five of us. Area around it is ok and a very short distance to Bourbon street!

The apartment was lovely! Very spacious and clean! All basic supplies were provided. Easy walking distance to grocery store, main areas— Canal Street, Convention Center, French Quarter. It was quiet at night; the bedrooms were dark with very comfortable beds— conducive for sleeping! Would definitely return. Only tip— upon arrival, use the bottom of the three key pads —(not the top one pictured in the check-in information as it didn’t work). Otherwise, everything was well-communicated.

This place was great I was staying here with a friend I had not seen in 30 years, we wanted to be together so I picked this apartment it was perfect. It was roomy and yet we both had our private rooms with full bathrooms I would recommend and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We only had one issue and that was the door code stopped working, but another guest assisted us and they sent us the new code shortly after.

It was the most amazing stay. The property location was perfectly convenient to the Quarter, many nearby restaurants, and the WW2 museum. My loft was GORGEOUS. I can’t wait to stay again.

This property came highly recommended by friends who have stayed at other Roami properties. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience during our time in NOLA. We booked an extra night prior to our arrival. When we arrived, we couldn't check in due to a system error and couldn't contact the host. Eventually, the security guard texted someone to give us access to our room. That was fine. There were a few broken items in our unit: the refrigerator door and some flickering lights. However, it was still an ok property so far. I heard some movement during the night but didn't pay much attention. The next day, we saw mice running in the hallways. We then noticed a huge gap under our door, big enough for mice to enter. We tried to block it with a towel, but it was too late—they were already in the room. Long story short, we had multiple mice in the room. We were eventually moved to another unit on the same floor. The new unit was OK. Customer support didn't seem too concerned about the mice. At first, they said they couldn't accommodate us with another room, but then gave us a temporary code to a different unit. Overall, it was an ok property, a nice break from the typical hotel style, but clearly built over an old warehouse with pest issues. No refund was given.

We recently went to New Orleans for a short vacation and chose to stay at Roami purely by chance. It turned out to be an excellent decision. The property is beautifully modern and spacious, with a large bedroom and living area. My daughter and I stayed together and found it very comfortable. The location is also fantastic, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The staff were always quick to respond to our questions and made us feel very welcome. We had a great stay and have decided that if Roami is available in other cities we visit, it will be our first choice. Highly recommended!
