The Luzianne

We had a rocky start to the beginning of our stay, our code didn’t work and we had to call for help. Then our room wasn’t ready despite being sent a text 6 hours earlier saying that our room was ready and we could check in early for an extra $100. We waited for 45 minutes for our room to be ready. The room was wonderful! It was so clean and pretty. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything but far away enough from all the noise. I would 100% stay here again. It was worth it.

This place is a must to stay in if you are in NOLA. It is in a great neighborhood. Quite. Great walking distance to the French Quarter. The apartment was great. So cozy and great to stay there. It was a home away from home

Great place to stay in NOLA, especially for a family vacation. Far from the noise of the French Market, but still close enough to get there walking.

Beautiful and clean. Walkable to all the sights we wanted to see. Bed VERY comfortable. We were missing dish washing detergent, a second roll of toilet paper, etc but when requested they were provided. Wouldn’t stay here again because shower was lukewarm at best, as other reviewers have noted. It was a bummer.

Great unit that was beautifully designed and well-appointed. There are many good dining options in the area and it’s walkable to the French Quarter. The only minor downside was the single bed, which had a thin mattress that was a little uncomfortable. The two kings beds were very nice and comfortable.

The check in code needs to have the correct information. It said a check at the front door after the code is entered when it should have been a hashtag. Also, more supplies could be made available in the supply area. Everything else was good.

Roami at Luzianne was AWESOME.. so clean, had everything we needed. We choose the 3bed 3bath loft unit. I can not believe how clean and spacious the place was.. the only hiccup we had was when we were leaving out the first night the door would not lock. Called customer service and it was taken care of immediately.. We did not have any more issues with the door being unlocked. Roami was one of the BEST places we ever stayed as a family. I will definitely be returning to stay again..

The apartment was nothing like pictured. We were supposed to have 3 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds, instead we got two king beds and a crib in a tiny bedroom. None of the bedrooms had windows as pictured. The sheets on the beds were filthy and obviously never changed, there was so much hair on it, it almost looked like a dog slept on it. Walls were painted cheap brown paint, nothing like a rich mahogony color in the pictures. The paint was chipped all the way near the floor. Floors were concrete(?!)). I get the idea of having an industrial design in the place but the amount of "industrial touches" was overwhelming. They've essentially left it unfinished from when they converted a factory into apartment complex. Walls of the hall were unfinished concrete with sharp edges. When I called to complain, they said they had no other apartments in this building available so we had to be moved to a smaller place in their other property near highway. At least that new place had a floor. We also spent half an hour looking for parking spot at the original location. Your only other option is to pay $ 40 for a valet.

The code to the lobby didn’t work and it was dark outside and my baby was crying. I called Roami 5 times and the voice recording said it could not take my call. Eventually another resident let me in. A bedside light was dangling from the wall , but other than that, after the botched check in, everything was great. The space is beautiful and spacious, bedding and furniture was nice and comfortable, and the sound from neighbors and outside was minimal.
