The Luzianne

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a unique property with an upscale design. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. Some attention needs to be paid to details though. A shower leaked, another toilet had issues and a bathroom fan probably needs replacing, the apartment also needed some end of season paint. We initially had issues with accessing both the property itself and television options. The location was great and overall the building was clean and sharp. Nearby restaurants were excellent. We would stay here again.

Great place.

My family and I were locked outside the room until midnight and tried and tried calling all the numbers. Immediately after I called Expedia and even they couldn’t get through to anyone at the property to assist. Waited outside on the floor for 2 hours! We had to leave and get alternative accommodation and still they do not want to issue a refund. I’ll be going to dispute charges at my CC company once it’s not honored as I have snapshots of the numerous calls, chat log and pictures of my child sleeping on the suitcase.

Clean large space and very well located

It was in walking distance of some popular places. The pinpad on the door is great and the scenery was great! Very nice establishment.
